• Place photo ads of your home in the Sunday Boston Globe when appropriate. Most agencies have stopped advertising in the Globe and rely entirely on the internet
• Place a professionally photographed 360 degree virtual tour on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) & the internet. Most agents take picture themselves
• Often pay for a pre-home inspection when appropriate. By distributing this report to buyers, we eliminate objections
• Create launch and publicize a website featuring pictures and details on your home (e.g. 123 Massachusetts Ave.com)
• Create custom for Sale signs detailing your home's strengths
• Schedule two hour "Agents Only" lunches with customized hand delivered invitations distributed among the many offices who may co-broker the sale of your home
• Forward calls directly to the listing brokers' cell phone
